Shipping Policy

We ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. To ensure proper delivery, we recommend that orders be sent to a business address where an individual (21 years of age or older) is available to sign for receipt of the order. During hot or very cold weather we reserve the right to delay shipping. This is done to guarantee that you receive your wine in excellent condition. You will be notified by email or telephone if delayed shipping is recommended.

Shipping States

Being compliant with current state laws, Cinnabar Winery currently ships wine to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida*, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

*Florida state law requires a “Florida Out of State Purchase Return” form to be completed within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
