Our Tasting Room is in Historic Downtown Saratoga
Flanked by the magnificent Santa Cruz Mountains, and located in the heart of the historic Saratoga village, the Cinnabar Tasting Room is the first stop on the Saratoga Wine Trail.
Our handcrafted wines are presented by a knowledgeable and gracious staff in a relaxed setting surrounded by contemporary décor with warm wood tones and furniture made from recycled railroad ties.
In addition to our critically acclaimed wines, customers are invited to browse an array of books, wine-related gifts and Cinnabar logo-wear, or attend seminars that are as exciting as they are educational.
The Tasting Room is also the headquarters of Baskets by Cinnabar, a line of gift items that pairs Cinnabar wines with gourmet foods.
The fine wine shop offers reusable cloth wine totes and brown paper bags (no plastic) in accord with the “green” recommendations of Choose to Reuse. Gift items are made from bamboo, cork burl, pine needles or other natural products while most food items are locally grown or produced.
For vacationers or parents on the go, we offer a safe child-friendly environment with a play area containing agriculturally themed coloring books, crayons and complimentary grape juice.

Directions: from state Highway 85, turn south on Saratoga Avenue; proceed two miles into the village of Saratoga; we are located on the left side of the street. Street parking is readily available, and a public parking lot is conveniently located on 4th Street.
Wine Tasting
The Premier Tasting ($5.00) is composed of four wines from our Tapestry label (the popular Mercury Rising, Paso Robles Merlot and more) and series of limited production, Tasting Room exclusives.
The All Red Tasting ($10.00) presents a quintet of the finest selections from our Family of Santa Cruz Mountains wines and series of limited production, Tasting Room exclusives.
Alchemist Wine Society members and three of their guests receive complimentary tasting.
